This is an amazingly easy to use and important app to solve a very annoying problem of Shopify's! Molly is wonderful and so helpful.

great app! just wish i could include more than just one shipping option in an order with multiple items from different suppliers - but thats complicated. does the job great though, so who am i to complain?? also i got the best customer service ever from the dude. don't know if dude is THE dude (the head of VSR) but he was super friendly and efficient and very very patient. he gave me an hour of his time over the phone to help fix my issue. now thats amazing support and real commitment to his product! love this app, and ill probably be using it for as long as i use printful and there's no shipping integration improvements made in shopify. this app is 10000x better than better shipping rules (lol - should rename to even better vendor shipping RULES!).

Brian was really helpful in setting up the shipping for our online retail store. We have 3 different warehouses with varied pricing schedules. He walked me through the set up, I couldn't be happier with this app. I've managed several online stores in both woocommerce and shopify and have used nearly 3 dozen apps. Wow! Best app if you have multiple vendors with crazy multiple rates.
Initially I had issues with using the app, setting rules and product groups. But once I had help from Bryan (Creator/Developer) issues magically got solved. Keep in mind: you got to be a little patient (wait) to get a hold of him (coz he does it all) but once you did ... rest assured... its going to be a piece of cake.
Personally, for a new startup eCommerce business I feel $29 is a big expensive. from $9 for lite version to $29 for standard. thats a huge jump (my personal opinion)

I've been using this for a year and it is the most valuable app I have on Shopify. It is very powerful and unless your product line is simple with very limited shipping variability, this will help immensely. The "rules" capability is especially powerful. Support has also been excellent with fast response times and thorough answers.

I recieved great customer service when I recently had a problem... I'm still trying to figure out how to use blender rates but would def rather overcharge people shipping that I refund later rather then to shortchange myself customers shipping charges.

I used this app in order to help me configuring my shipping rates with special rules & it was really useful & accurate.
In addition, the customer service team is quick to respond, very helpful and supportive.
I really recommend this app :)

After paying Decimal a shed load of money I've had nothing come back from them so I went on the hunt for a product and came across this...If you haven't already tried it please make sure you do.

Great app - solves our shipping config issues. We're using it on 2 sites and it works perfectly. Great support as well - definitely worth the investment.
