I have used several services within this app. And when I had a huge problem with my reviews I got support in less than a minute and the issue was resolved within 5 minutes the support saved me so much time great service!

-This is a must have app for any shopify store, only 3 or 4 features of the 40 would cover the cost already!
-For all the stores out there suffering with shipping try this: Currency converter + Smart Bar + Shipping information, this line alone will take you months and months of research with other apps, while Vital covers end to end solution.
-Yes not all features will work as expected but overall value of this app outweighs its cost
-Integration feature is just brilliant, something no one else is doing

Stellar customer service. I submitted a ticket and within 15 minutes I had someone reach out directly. The problem was resolved in under a half hour from when I sent it in. The products offered are also a tremendous value given that you'd typically need a handful of apps to accomplish just a portion of what Vitals can do. I'm very happy with the product all around.
Still gonna use it, but overall, I am already pretty satisfied with this app. Loads fast, last year there were times people message me directly because my site loads so slow, turns out some leftover scripts f*ck things up on my end.
The vitals works together really well. I could give these 7 stars. Saved me $$$$ not needing to install another app
