The best app on Shopify without a doubt. This app is packed with 37 features. It’s built well and does not leave garbage files on your theme, and it’s cashed which makes all feature integrations load faster. If you need assistance, Mihai will go out of his way to assist you and will teach you new things. I removed all apps from my store and installed a new clean theme and only left Vitals and seen awesome results in loading time. I highly recommend this app. It amazes me that not many know about it. My experience could not have been better. I found it very easy to talk with the folks at Vitals. They respond quickly, usually under 10-20 mins, which is about the fastest I have seen from any company so far. Their customer service is unmatched. Response time, proactive solutions, willingness to help, provide all relevant info and details, and most importantly they solve all issues in a blink of an eye.
