vitals is perfect, it adapts to every need. and the support is even better. the two times I had problems, they responded immediately.
I had some problems from another app that was causing ill effects on my page. The support team at Vitals is fantastic. They showed me what was wrong and fixed it and now everything is working great. Best app and team on shopify.

This is what apps should be like and what customer support should be like ! It's the first app I install on all my stores; and everytime I needed the support they answered super fast and been super helpful, they even coded specific stuff on the spot to fix my needs, unreal!

its the most awesome app i ever came across has almost all apps needed for a greatly run store with best customer service out there literally i asked a question and they didnt just have a answer for me but they actually went ahead and fixed the problem on their own with out me needing to do anything and all this was in just 15 minutes. another time i asked for a modification and do to the fact that they dont have that feature yet they emailed me that they`ll put on their to do list to add another app for this!!

you cant go wrong by choosing Vitals...it has lots to offer in a very reasonable price. I used only 6 of there apps out of 40 and already saving half of what i pay for Vitals. I had very good experience with vitals support team. supper fast and knowledgeable team help me resolved issues within hours.
Reached out through chat late in the evening with some issues I was having. Customer service representative named John Seth S. responded right away - he was very thorough, helpful and professional. He definitely knew what he was doing. He kept me updated when there was a delay executing what I was trying to achieve. Excellent customer service! Glad someone recommended me to use Vitals. Totally worth it.
