It's a bit more of a "jack of all trades, master of none" in a lot of the categories, at first. But their support team is so darn tremendous that they'll help you get it pretty much right where you want it for every small detail. Definitely plan on this being my go-to Shopify app to avoid having 10+ for same functionality.

I am overall very happy with this app. I quickly got great customer service when needed. A side note is that I would have enjoyed if you made the app compatible with "drawer cart" :)

This app has so many features that are perfect for designing a trustworthy and clean looking website. It's like picking candy as a child from a store when you open the app. Wont forget to mention that i ran into a problem with the coding and i got an answer in about 2 minutes.

We do experience a lot of troubles with the "free gift" part. This does not go smooth at all. But the service of Kliphord D. is amazing! Super fast for adjusting designs on the our webshop. Thank you for your service!

Support was not helpful. Refused to process a refund claiming that their refund system is down. I contacted shopify and they told me that isn't true. The app owner can process a refund at anytime.

Hi there,

We would like to clarify this feedback, as it is surely a misunderstanding. We never refuse processing of legitimate refunds and we do have a generous 30-day money back policy, no questions asked.

However, last month Shopify updated the permission system that controls who can issue refunds, which led to an increase in turnaround time. We've already started a conversation with Shopify on this matter, to find a better solution.

We hope that you can see the status of the refund request on the emails that we have sent, together with a more detailed explanation of this unusual situation.
