Great App, great and fast support, I really like the fact that they have livechat. The app itself is a lifesaver, it reduces customer questions, and it also earns itself back when people buy after receiving an alert.

I’ve had the app for about 6 months now and I absolutely love the app. Not only does it drive sales in email marketing because it immediately alerts the customer if the restock but the customer service is second to none! Timely responses and always delivers! They even helped me add my code when i couldn’t find it! That makes me customer for life!

I really like this app to keep my customers engaged if they want something that's out of stock. I also check the list periodically to see what's popular to reorder and most purchase once they receive the email.

Fantastic app, I’ve been using it for years in my original store and just recently added it to my second website. If I have any issues at all, when I send an email, I get a response back in a ridiculously fast amount of time, even during this crazy pandemic, which I’m very impressed by. Would definitely recommend!

I recently installed the free version of this app. Install was easy and fast, but I wanted to make a couple of tweaks to the way it appeared on my website that I was unable to do via the dashboard so I contacted customer Swym's customer service. They quickly made all requested changes and were great to work with! I highly recommend this app and developer!
