We use this app together with the WATI (Whatsapp team inbox) to send automated messages to customers as well as the integrated live chat function. Jitesh and the team are very responsive to requests and any issues are addressed in a matter of hours. It would be great if in future versions they could build in an option to manually set how often the abandoned checkout messages get send to customers.

i have been using wati for sending whatspp Broadcasts, they also offer click to whatspp ads
This App has really helped a lot with regards to automated responses from Shopify directly to WhatsApp. We have experienced a better link with our customers in that they get immediate feedback as well as an easy opportunity to give feedback to us. Was looking for a good app for customer retention and reach out. Found Wati at the right time, All the features are amazing. Especially the support, one of the best support systems I've seen for any service provider in a while.

WATI is a very useful tool to manage customer support and retain your customers. There are still a bunch of features I'd like to see within the platform, but it's definitely a good start to manage your customer support on WhatsApp. The platform is easy to use and the UI/ UX is much better than the other API platforms available! Ironically, I have faced issues with their Customer Support though, so I hope that is something they look into!
one of the worst apps i've seen so far
1. no help or assistance in getting green tick
2. unable to send whatsapp broadcasts on half the contacts
3. according to india pricing i need 7$ to message a 1000 customers, i had balance of 18$ but still unable to do so
frustrating, random replies to every complaint, apparently half the numbers don't have country codes, i uploaded all the numbers without country code. i still don't have the reply to why i can't send messages while i still have 18$ balance.
there are many better and cheaper options. seriously beware
