Had a few teething issues but the sales team were quite patient, open to answer all questions and concerns. Very responsive team. "Zoko is costly compared to Wati. I started using Zoko for my D2C store. It was good. Then I used Wati for my B2B business. Comparatively, the amount of customization and flexibility we have on flows is more with Wati than Zoko.

Awesome product/app - stable app, quick customer support, awesome features.
I switched from Interakt, Delightchat, and Wati - some have poor customer support, unstable app, and messages not triggered properly.

We are using this app for transactional communication with the customers, and sending broadcast messages. It's fulfilling the requirements. The are improving as per the requirements, and their system is real easy to operate. Not to miss, the real time support we get from their team is appreciable.

The experience with zoko has been very smooth. Had a few issues in creating some templates but the sales team were quite patient and efficient. They help us, guide us and are open to answer all questions and concerns. Very responsive team. It allows multiple agents at the same time. You can view all agent conversations anytime you wish, just switch to that agent's icon.

Good app for standard WhatsApp flows such as COD confirmation and reviews. Customer support stands out - very responsive and one of the major reasons to stay with Zoko.
I would recommend the team to allow flow customisation as that will unlock more value for merchants.
