The free function is great! Very easy to set up WhatsApp chatbox on my website. I haven't tested the Abandoned Cart function yet. Will check it out when I get there :) Thank you!

It is very user friendly and very easy for use. I highly recommend it. You can also customize it to fit the design of your page.

It started out as a great solution. But for some reason some features suddenly stopped working, for example the automated messages for abandoned carts. We have tried to reach out to the team, but received no quick response. Honestly starting to look for another solution.

I used this app on our new store to stay in contact with new customers. I really like how if gives a solid real connection and can even video chat with new customers. I would be nice if it had a way to contact different customers service people depending on time of day but it's pretty easy to just update the number for different shifts.
