The app was working well until their recent update. Now I cannot even send abandoned cart messages. Support team is not helpful.

awesome app! gave an additional contact layer to transform visiting customers in the store into real customers by giving the possibility to interact with them live
The app is good but when customers have to go to the cart or checkout this app pops up asking customers for their number, a really annoying popup, to turn it off you have to change too many things at checkout that maybe probably reduce your conversion rate. The app is good but this setting ruins the app totally

Have been using their paid version since 3-4 months now. Not able to automate messages for order confirmation (CRM related functionality). Terrible customer support! Wish there were a few better alternatives in the Shopify App Store.
Apologies for the delayed response, Our developers were able to fix your issue, you can now enable the templates and send all the automated messages from your own private number which was submitted for WhatsApp API. Apologies for the inconvenience caused earlier.

ERROR!!! DONT WORK, WHEN YOU UNINSTALL APP THE LOGO WHATSAPP STILL SHOW!!! I DONT WANT THISSS DO SOMETHING!!! DONT RECOMEND!
