A great app that is easy to use! We have tried several live chat apps and this one works the best for us. Great job guys!!
Support is not all that they say it is. After multiple back and forth with them. They were not able to resolve a simple issue. The agent refused to escalate the issue to the manager. The last thing they said was it would take a month or so and get rolled out with the next update. I don't have any faith in what the agent has said. Will have to wait and see. This review is legit, I have all the emails to share if any MANAGER would like to get in touch and ask me.
Very professionally developed with easy implementation and features packed into free subscription. Their Covid19 discount on paid subscriptions shows their empathy towards small businesses.

Useless app. I tried multiple times for Whatsapp Business API. But it doesn't work. Their support is very poor. They give delayed responses
I have been trying to get a simple request done for the last 2 days now. It seems to be taking a lifetime. When are you going to reply and do? The support has been great so far, I hope it stays that way and my request gets seen to.
