Yotpo is amazing to use. I am a complete newbie to this and got a lot of help from the customer support agents. Princess, Marnie, and Rock were patient and super helpful with my queries, and even will go to the back end to help fix some issues I had. For the people Yotpo gets 5 stars.

The apps service are cool. they have immediate live chat where there support advisors will come and help you out immediately, Joann was the guy who helped me out and explained me everything and set me up to start running my email campaigns

I was struggling trying to set up things on my own. I was looking at many videos still confused but Yotpo support team has been a great help towards me. Especially "PL", She was very quick on responding and the communication was great. I definitely know I can come back and get the help I need.
