The plugin does not work proprely !
specially on the most important thing : abandoned cart workflow stopped to work on 26/10 for no reason !
And "Melvin" from support has no idea how their tool work so i wasted my time trying to explain to him how it's own software suppose to work.. but he keep driving me on none helpful information.. so bascially no way to make it work..
Melvin is very helpful. 5-star for him.
Great APP and support, i had a super efficient support with Joann to verified the app and check all the compliances and policies. The email block designs and flows are very user-friendly.

Update : Princess just helped me today and she was another Rockstar. Joann just helped me and she was a Rockstar too. Most are willing to do setups and make changes themselves without having to send you long-winded vague suggestions. GREAT SUPPORT!
