Be careful of this app, support is horrible too. When asking for a detailed list of the spending, they will just ignore you or ask for more of your information which have nothing to do with the problem you have.
App didn't even work properly, customer couldn't use it and then had double the work.

Just got the app today I will be going hard on sms marketing as I believe it is the future and that email is going away soon. Not completely but it will be overshadowed by sms.

I chose Yotpo after reading other customers reviews and a watching a couple of YouTube videos. I was overwhelmed during the installation but after my virtual appointment with Irene and Nikki, I feel confident. Irene was very helpful and had a simple response to each of my questions. John D from the support team emailed me even before I was done with Irene. I also appreciated Keanu in the quick chat box. I look forward to using Yotpo and working with the same team as my business grows. The customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend using this service.
