I just started with the app. On my first impression, I think it's a good app. But what I love the most is the customer service, or at least the one who helped me, "Princess PL." She was wonderful; she did her job with a lot of love, patience, and professionalism, despite my being a novice and not speaking good English. Just for her, I would have liked to give 10 Stars.

Very powerful app and the return on investment is incredible.

Terrible, don't even bother. Here's why:
1- Custom lists take 3 business days to get approved
2- They obligate you to add unsubscribe/opt-out even in countries where it is not mandatory - while they don't have an unsubscribe/cancel subscription for their own service on their website
3- Support takes forever to answer then closes the chat for inactivity seconds after
