Impressed with the responsive and friendly service I received from Yotpo’s customer support. We had a request we felt would help customers get a bird’s eye view of the product ratings on our main shop page, and I was lucky to connect with Yonathan who made the change happen while maintaining the look and feel of our website.
The customer service went above and beyond my expectations, especially in how quickly this change was initiated. We absolutely get the sense our customers rely on reviews to feel comfortable about making a purchase with us. This in turn, creates more sales since customers get to read about first-hand, honest feedback from fellow JUSU Body buyers. Thanks again! - Breanna

Brilliant customer service - Jo Lorenz spent ages fixing some tricky coding we couldn't do ourselves to get everything settled into our website in the right places, and our reviews are coming in steadily. The photo feature is a great addition too.
Gimbert from the chat support assisted me in a matter of seconds and resolved the issue almost as fast. The app is very easy to use and if I need or don't understand something, they solve it really fast. We've not been using the app for so long but this our experience so far! Thank you Yotpo team members for always being so effective :)

Great application, still on the free version but will upgrade as soon as the number of review requests increases. And the customer support service is excellent, quick and efficient! Highly recommended!
We've only just downloaded Yotpo and already the customer support has been great. Junalou quickly helped me solve an issue. Look forward to seeing the rest of the app's offerings and helpful support. UPDATE: Required customer support again a few months later and it continues to impress. Jo L. was extremely helpful in solving an issue and repeatedly checked in with me after being transferred to other agents. Very happy with Yotpo!
