レビューの表示の為にインストールしました。設定やその他で苦労する事が多いのですが、そんな時はチャットでYotpoスタッフに頼ると助けてくれます。今日もSupport Agent Euniceにレビューアップロードからレビューの表示設定、細かい文字が化けていましたがその修正までかなりの時間をかけて対応してくれました。申し訳ないのは私がまだ無料のユーザであるのに徹底的に助けてくれるのは本当に素晴らしいと思います。ありがとう！Eunice！

I really enjoy using Yotpo for my ecommerce store, it helps with overall conversions. They are also very helpful if you have any integration problems. Junalou was very quick and helpful to integrate Yotpo into our new Shopify theme, I definitely recommend this app we have been using it for a year and a half. Junalou went above and beyond to ensure the app was accurately collecting conversation data at the checkout as well. Thank you so much!

In my opinion this is the best app in the store. The reviews generate so much confidence and lead to direct sales. The mail after purchase is awesome. I highly, highly recommend! A+ for Yotpo.

Absolutely love this app. I was a little stuck with installing the widgets in the right location and the team helped out in minutes! Highly recommend.

Wow - what customer service from Yotpo and Leizel. I struggle with any coding and the back-end and kindly asked for assistance. I have three major implementations and every time Leizel kindly and quickly did everything for me. Nothing was too much and my website is looking fab now. Would highly recommend and Leizel should win an award for outstanding customer service. thanks so much :)
