Overall the app is pretty good. I have to give it a 4 because product grouping isn't available unless you buy their premium plan which in my case would be $12k/year. This is something I'd highly recommend they change to lower plans as Shopify has a limited variation capability which means you might fall in our case of having to split the product by colors or sizes due to the number of high variation or more than 3 variations.
I recently had a whole bunch of things that I needed help with, from customising reviews widgets and installing them to working with rich snippets and Eunice and Eduardo on chat support were amazing and got everything sorted for me. Thank you!
This app has been a great help to us. It takes a while to build up your reviews but each review you can display helps build trust. App Once you have enough reviews Review Tabs and other nice touches can be added.

Great app and the customer service is really good - quick and helpful responses that solved my problems. Would recommend.
Gabriel S. was such a great help and made setting up the review widget and star rating widget easy. He did all the work and was even able to move things to different parts of the page and helped with sizing and styling. Anything he couldn't help with he escalated to the developer to get it resolved. Thanks again!

Yotpo is a mission critical application for my shop. We love this product! I still miss a reviews feed so i could integrate with other sites.
This app made it easy to collect reviews for our different products and website. Nick from customer support was very helpful when we wanted to transfer reviews from an old discontinued version of our product to the new version of the product so we wouldn't lose all of our review over the last few years.
In my opinion, the best rating app. Many thanks also to Noren from the support team, my question was answered already 1 hour later helpful!
