Manny is of great help! He helped me install the app on a third party page builder in just a few minutes. Very efficient, skilled and patient! Highly recommend! Donald is also very helpful and professional. He helped me fix formatting problems on a 3rd party page builder.

Yotpo is the greatest Howell Keith R has that customer service.
Love the app price could be better once you go above 500 reviews but what the heck everyones got to make money

Great app! Been using this app on our site for over a year and we are very satisfied. Today i needed some help setting up my star rating on my collection page and i sent a customer service request and within an hour had a response and what i needed was taken care of immediately. The Yotpo rep i dealt with is Josephine E. Josephine was very helpful, explained everything and made sure what i needed was taken care of quickly. I love good customer service like this, makes me feel confident, that we are with the right company.

Awesome app for our page, Danreb has also been fantastic to deal with when we have needed help for some of the technical stuff such as moving the carousel around on our home page

Doner was such a big help and answered all my questions. I was able to get our reviews up and running in less than half a day and he helped with a few suggestions to optimize our site.

It's a great app. Incredibly east to install. I'm currently using the Free Plan for my own business but have used the enterprise level plans with my "day job" and have found the level of support to be just as good whether you're paying or not. It's a great app to grow with - and the price points definitely allow you space to grow in these early days when outgoings far exceed the incomings. I had a question just recently about email triggers and Warly S was able to provide me with excellent help and very quickly.
