We use this app for our reviews. Period. It works great, customer service is great. I'm not aware of anything better out there. Don't plan on switching or looking either.

I utilize yotpo for my site reviews, and it’s been great. Being able to offer coupons in exchange for reviews has helped get customers to leave a review. I had to recently reach out to customer service because I changed my Shopify theme. Junalou was fantastic in getting my widgets back in order, and they were very quick to help me. I am so grateful for the positive experience!!

I was struggling to migrate reviews from the old website to my new platform, Anne from Yopto has been my absolute saviour and an utter superstar!
