Good app! I would love if they would ask the client in which language they want to communicate so they can have the choice. My clients are mostly English but I do have some French speakers too.

The app was working great for the last 2 years but recently the reviews widget is on my website twice and I am unsure how to get it off and it had incorrect reviews for one of my products. I contacted customer support and I am still waiting for a response. I went on the chat and it had me holding on for eternity (45 mins) and no one helped me. The only issue I have is the time I have to wait to hear back.

Yotpo has a top-notch tech support. Rhenant has been very helpful with our technical issues. I highly recommend this App to anyone who needs a customer/product reviews App.

Recently I migrated my reviews app from shopper approved to yotpo. There was significant costs savings involved plus yotpo has a lot more features available to help me collect more reviews from my customers (SMS, email, loyalty points) the onboarding process was very easy. I received very fast service from yotpo support chat (Doner P) to guide me through any issues I had in the process. I downloaded all the site and product reviews from my previous platform and uploaded them to yotpo so I was able to retain all the reviews I have built up over the years. I'll follow up again in the future to provide a review update when I can verify that google is receiving all my product and site reviews correctly.

I've had a few issues overtime with the app that were easily solved. However, one customer support agent in particular, John G, was quick and efficient in helping with my issues.
