At first, our product reviews were not showing due to our current website migration, but Yotpo support team - Doner swiftly helped us to sort it out by correcting the product IDs. You are such a great help, thanks Doner! Update: Got help from Reinier again for fixing the Conversion tracking issue. The support team is great and straightforward!

Customer service with Yotpo is wonderful. Junalou helped me figure out a couple small issues I was having and while doing so noticed I hadn't installed all the functionality of the package I was subscribed to. I few minutes later we had it installed and running great. Thanks Yotpo! UPDATE: Yotpo service continues to impress. I have contacted them several times recently and each time the problems are dealt with quickly, professionally, and with excellent communication. Everything to formatting tweaks to ideas for new functionality. I am currently running 3 Yotpo Apps (Reviews, subscriptions, and loyalty). Couldn't be happier.

Their customer service is beyond awesome!! I'm a 1 woman operation and I'm not comfortable with the html stuff, and they were very helpful getting it set up on my website for me. I used the "chat" feature and they were just super helpful! Very very happy! They were great!

I'm not great with coding and I was unable to get the review carousel published on my own. That's where Ed comes in. Ed was extremely helpful and was able to add a reviews carousel, a reviews page, and a star rating below each product we sell. He did it all within 30 minutes before I had to take off to my meeting, and did it with pleasure. I'm ridiculously impressed with Ed and Yotpo, the review service itself is great, but it's the customer service that makes the difference for me. Appreciate you guys! Updated 08.18.22
Both Happy and Rilu Jane B are also great. Super communicative and fast at working. Also very patient with all my requests.

The support team is very helpful! Daniel P did a great job assisting, and acting with urgency. I have used the chat boot on several occasions and they have always been responsive.

Manny was so so helpful! I updated my theme and had to reinstall code for this app. I wasn't able to do it correctly so Manny added the code for me and answered all my questions. The app is great as is. Hopefully one day soon I can upgrade my subscription so I can access all the available features.
