Nicole L is amazing, super responsive and even went into my Shopify backend to ensure the app was correctly configured when I couldn't figure it out! I only just started using Yotpo a few hours ago but I'll be using this as a paid service so my reviews can show up in Google Shopping!

Absolutely incredible customer service. Sometimes it doesn’t work seamlessly, but they are always there to help get to the root cause of the problem.
Yotpo has a lot to offer and a pretty good range of price/functionality/etc. The support is what makes them stand out! I always get a quick response and, unlike with most softwares, the agents don't just send you an article but they get in your account and fix things for you. That's what Doner did for me recently and I appreciated it so much!

I love LOVE Yotpo reviews! My customers do too! The app is very easy to use and the widget was easy to set up and customize. I love that my customers can receive nudges to complete a review after ordering and I can reward them with a coupon for completing a review (no matter how they rate my products). I've gotten 24 reviews and my review page gets almost as many hits as my products page! Did I mention I can send the reviews to my store's FB and Twitter feeds right from the app?
