I used this app recently and i face problem but with help of yopto my problem is resolved but CSR and Best product
Although I decided to uninstall the app for now, these 5 stars are for their customer service is top-notch. Ronel assisted me with removing the Yotpo coding. He cut right to the chase and provided a resolution. He also helped me with exporting my reviews. I plan to come back to Yotpo when I'm able to afford their higher plan but overall, a really good app, just pricey for new business owners.
Yotpo has been very kind to us and given exceptional customer service. They provide a strong product and I have been subscribed for years now. I particularly want to highlight Allen M for his kind customer service and helping us to rectify our issue.
Update 02/06/2023, Yotpo continues to provide great customer service, in particular Nicole L was able to handle my inquiry very quickly and satisfactory. Highly recommend.

A huge thank you to the excellent customer support team at Yotpo. I have now set the app up on eight sites, at two different levels, and running two different themes. I have had to contact support for installation issues a couple of times, but primarily to update the admin email address (which I had to do for all of the sites). The app is running great so far and I cannot fault support. Thank you to all I have dealt with: Eduard, Lemuel, Howell, Nick s, Rilu Jane, Kenneth John M, Ronel R, Lemuel and lastly but by no means least, Eunice P. Happy so far.
