We just added YOTPO Reviews last week and it seems very user friendly. I initially had some trouble loading the app properly (it was showing up at the very bottom of product pages I.e separated too far from "BUY" button). I'm happy to say that one email to YOTPO fixed this issue AND they even entered the star rating code for me! What more could I possibly ask for ?!

Yotpo was recommended by another shopify brand I'm familiar with, and so I decided to try them out. Not everything has been easy to set up without support, so I've had to reach out a few times, and definitely was able to get everything I needed through the chat function. Having access to timely customer support is super useful!

Good app! I would love if they would ask the client in which language they want to communicate so they can have the choice. My clients are mostly English but I do have some French speakers too.
