Can someone please assist? Been a Yotpo-paying customer for years. I logged many email requests for support. Tried to talk to a bot and can't get any support. Please help me or send csv file of reviews to import into another Review app. My app is not opening for days now and only gives a blank screen. Very frustrating not to access my reviews and even more frustrating not to get any help. I tried all available channels for support many times now. Hope to get some help here
The App is great. I used it when my store was a WooCommerce store. I recently changed to a Shopify store. The migration of my existing reviews was done quite easily with some wonderful help from the Yotpo team.
The Premium Plan is a little expensive which is a pity.
I worked with Jenny, and she helped me retroactively send emails that were never sent out due to our order limit being reached. This was done out of her goodwill, and I have since upgraded the plan. Thanks for the help!

I use yotpo for years for my review collection. Always been very happy with its performance. Now I need to move to another website and asked for their help to transfer my reviews to the new site. Their customer service, in particular Rhenant and Happi made the process effortless. They both helped me save a lot of time. Very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

Nick was amazing and very helpful. Quick and helped with just what I needed. I needed to add a reviews carousel to my homepage as well as a badge and he did just that.
