Great app, just quite expensive! Don't bother asking about the higher level plans as most small businesses won't be able to afford them but their free plan is pretty good and their platform is quite easy to use! Support is exceptional
We have used it on a few of our Shopify accounts and it has been working well for us. Their support is outstanding and Daniel P was very helpful in installing the widget on our new website.

Yotpo is a powerful tool. It helps me achieve the Reviews I want. Also, Yotpo's support team is very good. I would like to commend Howell Keith R from Yotpo. I had a problem and he quickly solved it for me. Excellent. If I could tip, I would definitely tip him.
I imported all the reviews from other website, but the reviews didn't appear on the my website. Lemuel C was kind enough to go our backend and fix all the problems. Great customer service!
FAST FORWARD: Tried. Tested. True. We've been using Yotpo for about two months now + feel this is BEST APP in the app store. We use about a dozen different apps ------everything from order management to customer service to marketing; After recently switching to Shopify2, we were shown our conversions --10% and growing-- are a direct result of Yotpo.

AWESOME. Installation was quick + easy -- even for someone not at all familiar with code. The step by step installation video was key. We received several reviews within 24 hours; and more are flowing in daily. It's very well designed, the layout and look is unobtrusive so it doesn't overpower the look + feel of our site. I also really like the social feature. You can set it up to auto post to Facebook + Twitter so it saves time. Yotpo has everything you want in a review app. IMHO, this is the most valuable app in Shopify.

What an incredible service. I couldn't get my star ratings to appear so i asked on live chat. The responses were so fast I thought it was a bot! Kenneth John M helped (and another time it was a really nice chap called Sheen) helped me right away. I ticked an approve box which gave him access to my site and in 5 minutes he got the stars working and even adjusted them when I cheekily asked. I'm delighted. Highly recommended. Thank you guys.
