Yotpo is easy to use both as a store owner and customer. Product reviews are very important to attract new customers, and Yotpo makes it easy for your existing customers to leave a review directly in your automated follow up email. Everything is good if you can stick to the basic features.
The only significant minus that I can think of (which could have lead to fewer stars) is the exceptionally high-priced premium plan. This is important to take into consideration if you run multiple Shopify stores for different countries/locations, and you would like to use a premium feature like sharing reviews across different domains.
James was helpful, he sent alot of screenshots to direct my attention to the next steps in using Yatpo.

After long search i find this app useful and They are super ... they support us fast on time ... I really recommend this app
James Edmar C helped me install yotpo on my shopify store easily and seamlessly. He went above and beyond to make sure i had a good yotpo experience, even though i am a beginner. If you are like me, and cant code, dont worry, James can help you out to get it all working without stress.

This is not so much a review of the app as I'm a new user to it, but a recommendation for the customer service. I needed help placing my stars and # of reviews on the front page, a feature that's not yet standard but in beta mode. I have a free account, so haven't paid anything yet, but wrote to customer support and got exactly the help I needed from Allen M. Explained it to him, gave him access and in no time he had a screenshot ready for me. He made some tweaks based on my requests and then launched it to my website. Thank you Allen M.! And I'll be buying the growth subscription :)
A great review app, I was able to start managing my reviews without going through long tutorials. The basics are very intuitive. I also had a small configuration issue and within minute their help chat fixed the issue. Great support service. I had to contact for support a second time and there was no wait time, they helped me with a settings issue and I was done in less than 3 minutes. Great service.
