I installed yotpo on my shopify website, Junalou from yotpo's support solved my doubts and problems I had, I installed review on all sides of my website where the client can see, the support is great, I recommended yotpo, good service and an excellent job and especially with a lot of patience. There was a glitch in their system and my customers weren't getting their reviews. The employees were attentive and helped me work through the issue and manually sent the reviews to those who hadn't received review emails. But would be sure to keep an eye on emails to ensure it doesn't occur to your shop. I had another incident with the site - it stopped sending reviews altogether. It seems to be really unreliable.
I have been speaking with Ronel and he has been so very generous with his time and expertise. I had many questions and he was able to answer each one. Nothing was too much. Some of the best customer service I've received. Thanks. The app is great and I look forward to using it more effectively.
