This was really easy to set up and start using and the results are great. I had one slight issue which was resolved very quickly on the help chat with Manny who was extremely helpful. A great experience in all, would recommend. Update: just had another query and Sheen was able to help me very quickly.

Rhenant at Yotpo Support was very helpful updating some account settings that needed to be changed. So far, my agency has had a good experience with Yotpo and their support team. Would recommend them for websites looking to add review capabilities!

I decided to use the app mainly for the reviews widgets, but I was pleased to discover all the different features it offers and the wonderful customer support they have, Lemuel C was particularly helpful and assisted me with all my concerns.

Very bad! The website says you can edit simple things within your brand kit and it will display those changes across email and on-site widgets. Until you try and then they say you need to upgrade to the most expensive plan to make the changes because those aren't included despite what the clear verbiage says. They do not want to help you, just upsell you.

Ran into a bit of a snag with the installation but the support team was exceptional! Support (Rhenant) at Yotpo had the install completed in 10 minutes and reviews were showing on my site. Great interface, easy to use for you and your customers.

Customer service is extremely slow to respond! Only by email and I than you have to wait app 24 hours for an answer. Please have a chat tool installed!
