We are just now using the app, but the customer support has been amazing as we are launching. Robertini was so quick to respond and addressed every issue I had.
It's a good reviews app, excellent customer service with good knowledge. the free version do alot of things
I used the app with Magento and liked it. Trying to use it with Shopify, but can't get any customer support. Submit a ticket, wait up to a week only for them to respond with the same answer (click this article for help) over and over.
I don't think they have anyone doing real tech support, just someone checking e-mail from time to time to copy and past "standard responses."
Support was good when I used with Magento but now seems to not exist...very disappointing.
Joian Z was great at helping change the appearance of our widget on the site from showing 5 reviews to only 3.

One of the worst apps I've ever used in my experience on Shopify. Typically I don't leave reviews, but this was frustrating. The product was highly bugged and the interface was never properly updated. Customer service was excellent, and of course, I'm the bad apple of the bunch, but nonetheless, you can't overcome a bad product. UI/UX probably needs a major overhaul.

Excellent app! But, ONE thing! There should be a way to remove the "Reviews by YOTPO on the bottom of the product reviews on a product page and on the bottom of the "Testimonials" tab pop-up. Looks very unprofessional and there should be a way to remove this branding stuff.. that is the only disappointment.
The free plan is very nice, but I didn't use because I can't remove the yotpo icon and the user's name. But it seems easy to use.
John B helped me for a couple of hours to figure some things out! The app integrated seamlessly into my website and it looks great! Thank you again for the help to John B!
