Really easy to use. Love watching the reviews roll in and getting feedback from the ones who have purchased and are using our photoshop tools. Having an online presence kind of disconnects you from your audience and this app is awesome for finding out what they really think. It was easy to install and i loved the coupons options for reviews. I love how it integrates with Facebook and Twitter automatically. The tracking info is also very nice and on a free app, I can't believe what it can do for you. We love this app. Just give it a try.
Customer service was brilliant! I had only just installed the App into my Shopify store and had a few questions that I couldn't find the answers in the Help Centre. The online Chat feature was brilliant - Orly P. was very helpful, and was able to give me the exact help I needed. I can't wait to get started using this App now.

I had an issue on Yopto Reviews app and contacted the Live Chat Support. Simoun Francis helped me to solve my issue. Thanks to him my issue is now solved (need to wait few hours to check it but I'm confident).
I refresh my review some days after writing it : finaly the issue was not solved and the support is not capable of solving it (there was supposed to keep me in touch by mail, I didn(t receive any mail yest after 2 days). Unfortunately, I tried another Reviews App that worked fine without any issue. I decided not to use Yopto.
