New to dropshipping. Kinda scared sh*tless, actually, but doing it scared because something has to happen. I first heard of Autods and started seeing people talke about Zendrop. Saw nothing but great things about their support. Well, I signed up got stuck and just had my first interaction with "Zendrop Jacob." Everything I knew about their support was 100% accurate! Jacob was patient, detailed in their answers, and very professional! I say all this because I was a customer service phone rep for over 25 years, and I will go the distance for fantastic support and/or services as a consumer. Look, choose Zendrop and get a great product with great support! Besides, they have alot to offer!

I'm new in Dropsshipping, but the best choice is getting ahead with an aget than I found Zendrop, easy to setup, amazing platform, amazing products and the most important amazing support, always polite and very very very helpful, I higly recommend this platform, It provides all you need to start an amazing business!

Used to be a really good app, but not anymore. Since recently, they won't refund you anymore for products that customers want to return. This means it will cost you money anytime a customer wants a refund, making dropshipping with Zendrop not profitable anymore.

Zendrop is a great drop shipping app. They have a lot of different products and selections and what you want to drop ship will most probably be there, but if its not you just have to source it and the team members will do the best they can to find the product or whatever is close to it. The service is great. I suggest it.

Easy to navigate and that’s about it. Sadly i am a plus member. Extremely hard to get customer service, when trying to get a resolution about orders that were shipped from December 2nd i have received no straight answers. I have refunded customers and placed them a free order through hypersku just so they get their stuff. Here it is Christmas night and i just received another email from a customer requesting a refund from a December 2nd order that tracking says in transit thank you for waiting. Yall need to drop js express. Letting zendrop fill some of my Black Friday orders was the worst decision I have ever made. I will never use zendrop again, sadly im out the $500 bucks i just spent on a plus membership….never again, if anyone is reading this and actually cares about their business, please choose another fulfillment company

billing for services after a free trial then refusing a refund. i never gave them cc details. very scammy business model taking advantage of free trials without disclosing the ongoing billing
