The app seemed simple enough to use though I didn't actually get to use it much. I will tell you the customer service is phenomenal, quick and friendly. I would recommend anyone looking at Zendrop to give it a go.
Well, this is my first time to start a dropshipping business. For me, regardless to this application I utilize I want give my customer satisfaction and enthusiasm of excitement, hope to feel me and Zendrop will merge to build a complex relationship. That would be all thank you!

I 100% Recommend this app to use for dropshipping. Customer Service is always there and available and helps you with whatever you need! Just got fully refunded for some orders that got cancelled and the support team was awesome!

theres no option for zero stars review otherwise i'll give zero stars, the main problem is that zendrops shipping time is worse. i got 2 orders on 28 december and today is 10 january but still they dont even have any info on shipping or tracking information, my order is still not dispatch from china, also their customer support not good, every day they just saying that someone from their team will contact me via email, thats it but no body solving my actual problem, even aliexpress shipping time is better than zendrop, zendrop is expansive too, i suggest not to go with zendrop to everyone, otherwise you have to face a lots of problems. please stay away from this zendrop.

I have found the website to be very user friendly. Its fast as well, and downloading the products to your store is easy and fast. Zendrop also has some awesome training. Your not left hanging high and dry, you are a part of the team. I highly recommend Zendrop and think they are the best dropshippng company there is. Zendrop is a great drop ship supplier the platform is very simple and customer service is fast and reliable they have a bot that will guide you through any questions you have, as well as chatting directly with a human.
