A Game-Changer for Ecommerce!!

I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the Zigpoll survey app I recently discovered for my ecommerce business. This app has completely transformed the way I interact with my customers, allowing me to gather valuable insights and make informed decisions to improve our marketing efforts.

We have been looking for a post purchase survey for awhile. So happy we chose zigpoll. Not only did the survey meet all of our needs but we received instant guidance along the way to make sure it met all of our goals!

I was looking for an app to create a longer survey. The questions were fully customizable. They call each question a "slide" & you can choose from multiple formats - numbers, sliders, single choice, multiple choice, binary, short answer, long answer & a lot I haven't used yet. There's conditional logic (also haven't used). Really there was nothing that I wanted that I couldn't find, which I am finding unusual.

There's also a choice for the survey to just be a link which was very helpful to me at the moment while I switch my web site from a different platform to Shopify.

I also had a question (on a Sunday) & Jason from Zigpoll got back to me immediately with the answer I needed. Highly recommend this app.

The platform is super easy to use. Setting up polls was quick, and there are lots of options to customize them just how I wanted.

The customer service is amazing!!! I had a minor issue because of my Shopify theme and in no time got 1-on-1 with Jason who was super friendly and really helpful. He answered my questions fast and gave me great tips to make my polls better.

Just installed this app with the free tier and we are already getting feedback from customers. Had a call with their team and got hands-on walk through for setting up a custom post-purchase experience. I can already tell we are going to keep this around and probably upgrade to the paid version.

App works exactly as described, the setup is simple and straight forward, the documentation for setup is also very complete. Jason was super responsive when we reached out with a quick question.

I'd recommend this app to anyone!
