Zigpoll Customer Surveys

This app blows surveymonkey out of the water! you can use all the features and test to see what works out for you right at the start. the limits are much more friendly on the free account. tech support is amazing if you are having issues or questions with your polls.
This integrates with shopify so you can have certain events from shopify trigger polls. I am using the after 11 days email the poll to my customer to get a post installation survey. I am using 24 hours after a cart is abandoned email the person for a poll why they abandoned. As a seller you need to know these things to be able to fix issues and most customers will not contact you but they will take a quick anonymous poll. The polls are great to setup. i wish i had found this before testing surveymonkey as they let you get 10 results. if you want to see more you have to pay a minumum of 55$ just to see your poll results. With zigpoll the fees are super reasonable and it costs you little to nothing to test it out with your customers.

We used zigpoll to gather post purchase feedback. Not only is it one of the most cost effective options, the company is extremely responsive to suggestions and improving the product. Highly recommended.

I really like Zigpoll! It integrates really well with Shopify and lets you create attractive, high-performance surveys that our customers can fill out very quickly. The backend could be designed to be a little more intuitive and fast in a few places, but that's just a minor criticism I have. We are very happy with the app.

We use it for checkout surveys and different kind of onsite surveys with special targetings and everything works fine.

Amazing app with tons of potential. Among many other things, Zigpoll enables you to segment your audience by asking visitors what they are interested in. This segmentation can later be used for emails and marketing. Excellent support by Jason as well.

Great price, great features and great customer service. Especially the ability to translate and run in multiple markets is great. We have installed the app on 7 shops. It's been a long time since I've experienced such a complete Shopify app.

Excellent app, that really gives a lot of opportunities to do after sales (or other) surveys. It is pretty easy to edit and setting up the questionaires. I definitely can recommend it.
It helped us, to really know, where new customers are coming from, since the numbers within Meta are no longer trustworthy.
