The customer service is the best, So much help and fast replies, Jennie was super nice and she walked me step by step to fix my issue.
Lily with customer support was amazing in helping me understand the work flow. I was losing my mind as TikTok was canceling orders, and it was a mess. I did NOT know they do not support TikTok orders, but all others are fine, like the website. Lily did an amazing job as I am sure I was not easy to deal with initially. But the problem was quickly remedied and she took her time with me, did not rush through the assistant and provided me with materials to aid further. An excellent addition to the Ali Orders team for sure! I was going to remove the app and use another but she talked me into staying with it. Excellent and above par!
I like using the app it's much better since the update, i haven't had a problem with anything lately but i do feel like someone has my back because Daisy pops in on me to make sure things are running smoothly for me. Awesome support from Daisy.

I used this app and it is amazing, the girl that just came out of no where to just ask me how everything was is amazing, Ask for Daisy! She is wonderful. This app is so easy to use and has a lot to offer.
I have been helped by Vincent when I tried to link my shopify store to Aliexpress. he has been so helpful and patient! really grateful:) I do hope there will be more people like him in customer service. thanks!
