For a Free App the support is first class. Sam helped me with a workaround until tomorrow when they launch loads of new features. I can't believe this app is free. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

So far, Avada has been really intuitive to use compared to klaviyo. Support has been super helpful as well! I'm looking forward to see how this app compares overall when it comes to delivery for SMS.

I have tested a few newsletter apps and decided that AVADA fulfilled my needs the best offering a good balance between price and functionality. The support is extremely helpful. I had a few issues with one of the forms and they went far beyond what I expected to solve my problem. That's a rare find. The app is also fairly intuitive and user-friendly. Hopefully, it will serve me well for a long time :).
