I have used this app about 1 - 2 weeks.
At first, I didn't understand how to set it.
For example, we and you have to sync shopify's customer's deta.
I didn't know that.
But AVADA support team always help us gently, so we can solve the problem whenever face it.
Besides, we feel this mail-automation system and campaign forms are easily and strong.
We continue to subscribe it.

the answers came quick, CS was friendly and helpful, got the solution
Awesome experience! We're using this to send our newsletter and it's working amazingly. No spam folder, easy to use and data driven.
Recently had to reach out to support and Hana's assistance was perfect. She even submitted a request to the development team for a future functionality.
Hi after using it we needed to export ours 1885 contacts, Avada forced us to get their pay plan to get our own contact. This is simply a robbery.
Please dont dowload this app they will rob your email contacts
We also wrote an email to the shopify team to delete their app from the shopify appstore.
