Recently, we encountered a small bug in our theme and were in need of assistance to resolve the issue. We are pleased to say that the support team was there to help us every step of the way. Their knowledge and expertise in the field enabled them to quickly identify the problem and provide a solution. We are grateful for their prompt attention to our needs and for taking the time to ensure that the bug was fixed to our satisfaction.

Great functionality for what we need, easy to use and plenty of additional features which are very useful such as custom pricelists, discounts etc. Customer support is also brilliant and always someone on hand to assist with any queries.

I think it's the best for a particular login function and a function that categorizes customers to show prices or limit access to a particular page. If you are looking for apps with similar features, I strongly recommend B2B's apps. Above all, really friendly and detailed consultation with a consultant named Jena gave me the best service experience. I also thank the developer Trinh Viet Anh for quick page customization. Especially, I am grateful to Jena for giving me a kind explanation and accurate answer even if I ask questions many times repeatedly because I do not understand well. She implemented all the features I asked her to do. Amazing!!

We had some issues with the coding of the app in the website but it was quickly fixed, thanks to Hoa Xuan Duong Jonas, who reacted quickly and resolved the problem. App works great so far. Thanks!

Miglior app che potessi trovare su Shopify, prezzo molto contenuto per tutte le funzionalità che offre. Innanzitutto ho potuto applicare tutte le norme riguardo la normativa fiscale europea(completa di deduzioni e IVA per ogni paese) e secondo utilizzare molte altre funzionalità come gli sconti quantità. Quest'app da sola offre veramente tanti servizi, ciò che cerchi sicuramente è qui. Inoltre durante tutto il processo di configurazione durato 2giorni (non poco) sono stato seguito dal supporto che ha fatto loro la maggior parte del lavoro secondo le mie richieste. Ringrazio Jonas, Nguyen Minh Dang e Pham Le Minh Tri che non mi han fatto cadere una goccia di sudore. Per me fino ad oggi esperienza fantastica :)

Best app I could find on Shopify, very low price for all the features it offers. First of all I was able to apply all the rules regarding European tax legislation and second use many other features such as quantity discounts. This app alone offers so many services, what you are looking for is definitely here. Also during the whole setup process lasted 2days (not a little) I was followed by the support that did most of the work according to my requests. I thank Jonas, Nguyen Minh Dang and Pham Le Minh Tri who have not made me drop a drop of sweat. For me to date fantastic experience :)

I think it is the most ideal shopify app for wholesale products. The app is affordable and offers many features. If you want to wholesale your products, you can do so in a short time using this app. The customer representative "Steph" is very quick with support.

The staff is very helpful, they solved an issue i had with their app very fast, i haven't used all the features of the apps but it looks promising

My customer support executive June Nguyen is an absolute delight. She always replies very fast in a pleasant way. If she does not understand the exact complex requirement she will first comprehend completely before proceeding. An attitude that I really appreciate. Developer Anh Tran Duc was able to fix some issues with metafields, pricing layout, registration form, etc. All his changes were spot on and nothing was too complex too fix for him! Needless to say that I am a happy customer and I look forward to any upcoming challenge !

I have bought this app for two different customers. Both times we had an issue with the theme and ability to show the discounted price in the collection pages. The support team did not rest until we had it fixed.
