Is there anything better than an app with a customer support team who has your back? I used this app once before with the Debut theme and then decided to update my site to a new one. When I went to reinstall the app, I realized my new theme wasn't offered! I sent the team an email and within 24 hours, they had coded their software for my site. When they asked if I wanted to make any changes, i asked for a button color change and they fixed it within minutes. So thrilled with the app and how it is working for us!

Awesome support, went above and beyond to help us get it setup and working just how we wanted. App itself works great, people started using it the very same day we installed it.
Been using this app for a few months on the free plan. Recently upgraded plan due to increased traffic which resulted to more email notifications produced and lead to more sales. Support has always been helpful and the simple app does exactly what it needs to do: immediately notify customers once item is back in stock!
Highly recommend if you have product that goes out of stock but don't want to lose the customer. easy to integrate and great customer service.

still having issue connecting this app to our Klaviyo email provider - support is somewhat responsive via email within 24-48 hours with vague suggestions that are not really helpful in mitigating the issue. Support that doesn't resolve a problem isn't support at all...
Easy interface and set-up. Their customer service team is also very responsive and helpful. The service is also affordable and well worth it.
This is a fantastic app and I am a little upset I did not find it sooner. I needed a little modification and the developer took care of it ASAP. Reduces emails from customers asking when an item will be in stock. Auto sends emails letting them know they are back in stock. It even keeps track of sales produced through the app. Simply outstanding.
Back in stock totally pays for itself and works great! Highly recommend if you're looking for a way to notify customers when an item they want is back in stock.
