Really solid app. It's easy to set up, easy to customize, and works extremely well. It completely eliminated the need to manually follow up with customers on back-ordered items and we like the weekly reports that tell us what people want the most.

Works like a charm and already paying itself back. Our inventory goes in and out of stock a lot and over last 20 days at least 25 customers have used the app to generate us about $20k in lost revenue. So glad we added this app.!

App is easy to set up and it allows customers to subscribe to notifications for products that are currently out of stock. To develop the app further, it would be great to add a feature, that would allow sending a notification for "replacement product" (e.g. product size has changed a little bit and the new product has a different SKU, but it is still "the same product").

This app works great for me. Customers are able to sign up for email notifications for products that are sold out in their size and I get good data on what my customers are in need of.

The App is a nice little revenue booster! We use it to stay connected to customers wants and let them know when they are back-in-stock. It's a great customer experience. Two improvements: 1)We would like to be able to customize the email template more to our brand look and feel. 2) It would be great to be able to send out an email on style not just style/color. Often we get the style back in stock but in different colors than what the customer signed up for

Well written product that has actually thought through the way businesses work. Our previous solution would send out 100 notifications when a return came back into stock. One happy customer, 99 people who have to sign up again! Back in Stock has a rate limiting feature that means we can limit how many emails get sent based on the stock we have received.
