It's difficult to put into words how good the customer support is on this app and Kritesh in particular has been outstanding. Having tried another app and wasted 4 weeks of inaccurate reports and poor communication and interpretation of our needs from the other app developers, we chose BetterReports and could not be happier. It is a powerful app that has achieved things we were told were not possible by the other app developers. They are super-quick in replying and we've never had to clarify our requirements beyond the initial request - they've always got it spot on, first time. I cannot recommend it highly enough if you're looking for a reporting tool that meets complex needs and the very best in customer service response.

Better Reports is providing our organization with significant value both in terms of analytics that go way beyond shopify's native reporting limitations and time saved by our staff who used to spend hours cobbling together KPIs and now can do it in minutes. Our business use of shopify plus is quite customized and sophisticated compared to the "out of the box" configuration and we needed a reporting app that can be similarly customized. The app support team is very accessible and willing to help customize more complex reports when needed, although the UI is fairly simple to learn for configuring our own saved reports. Overall this is a great investment offering immediate ROI by providing superior data visualization to drive strategy at a higher level, as well as enabling increased efficiencies.

The customer service is top notch. Having someone help you navigate and prepare reports rapidly is truly a gift. I am thankful we found this APP!

Terrific app that takes the stock reporting capabilities of Shopify to a much higher level. Support is also fantastic.

We are a not for profit supplying new clothing free of charge to our customers who are also charities. Almost all of Shopify reports are based around $ which means they are of no use to us. Better Reports has enabled us to extract data in a different way and in much more detail. Their customer service is fantastic - really responsive and helpful, especially with creating custom reports on request. 100% recommend.

This app allows you to breakdown your analytics/reports in a way more versatile way. So much better than the built in shopify tools, this app is for those who are serious about their store and what every bit of information to help grow their business.

We needed some deeper reporting that wasn't easy to pull on Shopify - luckily we found Better Reports. We have just begun to start using it, but for the one purpose, it's already been worth the cost. Plus, when we got stuck, they emailed us back and created a report for us right away. Definitely recommended.
