I was looking for an app to use for our online store in order for our loyal customers to receive points and rewards as they shop. I tried multiple apps and finally came across BON Loyalty. I am drawn to apps with a user friendly platform and ones that make my job easier and more fun! This is one of them!
I'm in the process of setting it up still and plan on launching it soon, but I'm excited to get going! It looks great! The support has been excellent throughout, I can't fault that! No matter what time of day I seem to get a quick response and nothing is too much trouble!
I had an issue I was really worried about and ended up speaking with Anna, within a couple of minutes my problem was solved! It's not often these days you get such great support at your fingertips!

After trying out different Rewards Apps for the last three years of our business, we landed on BON and haven't looked back. The features we get are on par with other very expensive apps up there. Customer support is very fast too and answered all our questions immediately. Would happily recommend and I can't see us changing to an alternative rewards app for a long while.

This app works great so far. There’s been a few hiccups and requests along the way, but their customer service is outstanding and the developers are so helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this app to anyone!
