Just downloaded BON Loyalty to replace the previous reward program that my company was using. I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! The plug-in is easy to use and the dashboard are fantastic. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received from Genie. She went above and beyond to help me with a question I had about my account and was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction truly sets BON Loyalty apart from other loyalty programs. I would highly recommend BON Loyalty to anyone looking for a great rewards program with outstanding customer service. Great customer support with Anna. She was so helpful with all of my questions and finding solutions. The app was easy to install and set up on my own...very user friendly. Now to see if the app helps convert new customers and help with continued sales to our existing customers.

This app is small but mighty!!! It is very customizable and has lots of features!! I really have enjoyed this so far. I had some ideas, questions, and comments and support has been absolutely amazing!! Cara was so patient, a great listener, and very detailed in her responses. This has been an amazing experiance using this app. I look forward to continue to use BON and highly recommend to anyone looking for a rewards program for their website.

Before trying BON I tried many other reward apps, but this one is the best! Very easy and quick to setup, you can adjust everything to your brand. If you need help, the support & customer service, particularly Joy, is really fast to answer and so kind. I already have some customers who signed up and they are happy as well. Thank you so much
