I just finished installing and setting up BON on the free plan on my store. It was very intuitive to set up and the few questions I did have were promptly answered by Anna via the online chat. It was only a matter of minutes before I had everything I wanted customized and activated in the store.

As someone completely new to eCommerce and Shopify with a new small business, I knew I needed a referral program that was easy, affordable, and effective. From everything I've seen so far Bon is all of those things!

While the free plan has all the essentials I need for start up, some of the extras that come with the paid plan where enticing. I'm pretty sure I'll be back for those after things pick up.

I've only been using the app for a day or two. I've bombarded support with so many questions, which have been answered promptly and professionally. Genie and Chelsea have been amazing. Thank you so much for your help. Migrating from another platform to Shopify has been very stressful, and I was worrying about the loyalty programme I had running. I need not worry anymore. The app is excellent, fully customizable and very professional/nice looking.
I look forward to my customers using it once we've opened properly.

Maxxie quickly assisted me; the customer service is fast and responsive. The UI of the app is straightforward, intuitive, and easy to use. The level of personalization in the free plan is good, and I believe it offers good value for its cost.

I would recommend this app. I was a little disappointed that the free app did not include the POS system. But the cost outweighs the benefits. The support more than makes up for it. Maxxie was fast and was able to resolve my issue. I look forward to using and learning more about how this app will help grow my business
