I was using another app that for us just wanted way to much money monthly for some basic things. We came across BON and tried it out. Support was amazing, Cady was great and super responsive! I would highly recommend using BON, great support and great prices as well as a free plan!

Just started using this app but so far the customer service is exceptional! I didn't read the onboarding directions before I completed the onboarding and needed some assistance. When I reached out I worked with Genie and was assisted in setting up my widget super easy and straight forward. Would recommend to others to try this app customer service is there for you!! J'ai téléchargé l'application aujourd'hui et elle répond à de nombreuses attentes. La version gratuite est déjà assez complète et ça c'est une bonne chose. L'assistance est très réactive : Hazel m'a énormément aidé dans toutes mes questions et a proposé des solutions adaptées. Un grand merci !

Geweldige service en een goed systeem. Voor de prijs het beste loyalty systeem uit de Shopify App store. Terwijl ik er best wat uitgeprobeerd had!

We hebben zojuist uw 4-sterrenrecensie gelezen en het is jammer om te zien dat u problemen hebt ondervonden met het nieuwe klantaccount.
1. Wat betreft uw bezorgdheid over het feit dat klanten geen punten kunnen gebruiken, hebben we uw winkel grondig gecontroleerd. Tijdens onze beoordeling hebben we ingelogd en succesvol punten verdiend en ingewisseld voor beloningen op de BON Loyalty Page zonder problemen. Bekijk onze schermopname in de e-mail die we hebben verzonden.
Als dit uw bezorgdheid niet wegneemt, kunt u dan verduidelijken wat het exacte probleem is dat uw klanten ondervonden bij het inwisselen van hun punten bij BON? We willen eventuele problemen snel begrijpen en oplossen.
2. We zijn het ermee eens dat de mogelijkheid om punten in te wisselen bij het afrekenen een naadloze ervaring voor klanten zou bieden. We zijn verheugd om te delen dat deze functie al op onze ontwikkelingsroutekaart voor dit jaar staat. We zullen al onze handelaren op de hoogte stellen zodra deze officieel is gelanceerd.
We kijken ernaar uit om uw mening over deze kwestie te horen. We zijn er om u te helpen en willen uw ervaring graag verbeteren.
We have recently moved to BON from a much more expensive app and have been more than happy with the transition.
BON offers more customisation to customer notification and includes a customisable rewards landing page which allows customers to easily understand how our rewards program works.
It also integrates better into POS than our previous app and has an overall better customer experience.
The support team is always responsive. They where super helpful with transitioning all the customer data and points balances from our previous app and where able to complete a few customisation requests to get it to perfectly fit our needs.
Highly recommended.
