I've have issues while using this App. However, I got great support from Anna who is super nice and very knowledgeable to help resolve issues immediately.
I'm happy with customers's service.

Would recommend to use this app to grow your business.

So far set up has been super easy and Anna in support was incredibly quick and responsive. I am starting with the Free plan to trial run as we are just starting out, a lot of the features I want are behind the pay wall of the first tier (like birthday points) but I am thinking there is enough in the free that it will be a great way to start loyalty on my shop!

Excellent Loyalty program for a startup - affordable and includes much more than other similar services - plus much cheaper.

Guys are truly doing everything to provide the best possible service.
