Je suis un utilisateur ravi de Bon Loyalty, une appli qui a grandement amélioré la fidélisation de mes clients sur ma boutique Shopify. Dès le départ, l'application s'est révélée être un atout précieux pour fidéliser ma clientèle, grâce à ses fonctionnalités intuitives, facile à mettre en place et efficaces. Mais ce qui a réellement fait la différence, c'est l'engagement et la réactivité exemplaires de l'équipe de support client et plus particulièrement Maxxie qui est un réel ange quand il s'agit de trouver des solutions.

À chaque fois que j'ai eu une question concernant la configuration de l'application ou des préoccupations liées à son utilisation, l'équipe de Bon Loyalty a répondu de manière rapide et professionnelle. Leur expertise et leur dévouement se reflètent dans la qualité du support fourni.

We have recently moved to BON from a much more expensive app and have been more than happy with the transition.

BON offers more customisation to customer notification and includes a customisable rewards landing page which allows customers to easily understand how our rewards program works.
It also integrates better into POS than our previous app and has an overall better customer experience.
