We've tried every scheduling app out there, and BTA is the only one that meets all of our needs. Excellent amount of customization and flexibility, and the customer support is very easy to get ahold of and work with for answers, troubleshooting, or feature requests. This is our 5th year using the app, and we're huge fans. Highest possible recommendation!

Tried to install the app and use a basic Event Calendar widget on the Horizon theme. Does not add block correctly to page. Event calendar displays very small. Unable to edit settings to make calendar fill page. Super frustrating.
UPDATE: Their reply makes it seem like they worked with me to get it solved, but they did not solve it. Their tech support recommended I hire an external dev to get it fixed. I had to use outside support to solve my issue. Do not believe their response.

Been using this app for 4/5 years and love it. its super easy to use and the support team are incredibly quick and helpful to resolve any issues (of which there have been few). Very much recommend this app

Using this app for 5+ years now and it has been a reliable and easy to use tool. Great experience with support as well where they were able to fix an issue and help with configuration steps within 5 minutes.

in my case Rana W and Sisco C were able to answer all my questions and correct my issues. i also learned of some new funtionality i didnt even knew excisted! 10/10 would book that app again
