We have used BookThatApp for several years for our Premium Christmas Tree Delivery Service. Initially a little difficult at first, years ago with getting help/support. But Now we get excellent support. Cudos to Rob especially he has helped us several times. Always gets us running smoothly and also courteous. Recommended

We had been selling "Open Admission Tickets" to our museum from our Shopify shop but the fact that the visitor numbers were growing exponentially required us to have a Bookings Engine to manage the number of tickets and set capacity limits for each date and timeslot. BookThatApp was bolted onto Shopify and the existing product template page was enhanced as a result. The customer can now immediately see the availability and the choice of what Tour to go on is now being managed by the customer rather than our staff having to hide tickets from our Shop when it's full (messages shown to customer during the booking process guide customer into choosing different date or time). Our staff now have an immediate overview of "whos coming in when". We love the many different setup options to deal with the many variant options and when we had to close the museum for public tours in the coming months due to a private hire event, we were able to "BlackOut" all tickets online for the day in a matter of just a few clicks in the BookThatApp admin ... Happy Days! As a result of the operational ease of this, we have reduced the ticket prices for online purchase only and have been able to reduce the queues at the tills in museum since more and more people are prebooking online now.
Christine and her team have been very helpful in the implementation process while working with our web developers for Shopify shop and whenever help was needed, we always got immediate support.

This app has been great for us and all of the various types of bookings that we do. It took us many emails to figure out how to use the app but their customer service team is responsive and helpful. We have had some specific quirks with our needs and they have been superheroes in making our dreams come true! Best calendar app by far!

This is an excellent booking app, which I ranked number 1 at Shopify.

First of all, it offers multi functions, which can cater ticket selling, venue booking and item for rental.

Secondly, the best part if the customer services. They provide excellent respond, by including weekend. Also, they have different teams that can provide quick respond within few hours.

Thirdly, they have strong technical team, which they are willing to take a look of the system issue and fix it within short time.

I'm a bit slow so the epic amounts of options took me a while to work out. Once my brain sorted itself out I discovered there's not much BookThatApp can't do. Keep up the good work.

Great service! Our Dir. of Ops chose this plug-in and set everything up. A few years later, she moved on. I've picked up the work and although I'm pretty tech-savvy, I'm short on time. I recently chatted with BTA Support a few times and they helped me so quickly! It was such a relief. Highly recommend!

We've been using BTA in our tourism business for a while now, and it's great. Backend takes a little learning, but the support team have always been friendly and super quick to reply.
